Service Description: The Letters of Map Change layer is created from the Letter of Map Change (LOMC) documents made available on FEMA’s Flood Map Service Center website. The main use of this layer will be in the City’s FloodMap application. This layer is used to identify structures that are associated with an LOMC and provide information regarding the document in a spatial format as well as access to the recorded document.
