Composite locator consists of four other locators which are evaluated in sequence:
- Subaddress: optimized for subaddresses, will also catch most addresses without subaddresses
- Address: for regular addresses
- Lines: for street block ranges and intersections
- Special intersections: for special intersections not well handled by the above, for example, dead ends and highway over/underpasses
